![]() The Pezula Resort Hotel is set to open on the eastern head of Knysna in the Western Cape of South Africa on 1 February. The R200m (£17.5m, 25.5m euro, US$33m) luxury hotel and spa is a member of Great Hotels of the World and part of a R1bn (£88.5m, 127m euro, US$166m) Knysna development which also includes a championship golf course. It is owned by a South African company and will be operated by Southern Sun as part of its Southern Sun Collection. The property will boast 76 suites designed by Keith Africa Designs and a restaurant offering a variety of ‘modern ethnic’ dishes. The spa and fitness centre including a 25m swimming pool, sauna, steamroom, spa pool, treatment and a post-treatment room with heated massage water beds. The resort also has its own helicopter and private eight-seater jet to transport guests to nearby attractions and destinations further afield in South Africa. Close Window |
