![]() One of Malaysia’s richest men, Ananda Krishnan, has acquired a 50 per cent stake in Geneva’s Hotel des Bergues for an undisclosed sum from Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. The prince – who also owns London’s Savoy hotel alongside stakes in both Euro Disney and Citigroup – bought the Geneva hotel two years ago for SFr127m (£56m, E82m, US$107m) retains a 50 per cent stake in the property, which is operated by Four Seasons.
