![]() Branded budget hotels will make an entry into the Gulf region, as a consortium of 12 regional investors have agreed to finance a US$150m (123m euro, £85m) launch and development of more than 20 Express by Holiday Inn hotels across five countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in the Arabian penninsula.
