Rezidor and Missoni plan lifestyle hotel concept
Brussels-based hospitality management company Rezidor SAS has revealed it has reached a worldwide licence agreement with Italian fashion house Missoni to develop and operate a lifestyle hotel brand.
Rezidor is now seeking city centre and resort sites for the Hotel Missoni concept in the UK, Europe, Russia, Asia Minor and the Middle East.
The company expects to open three properties in 2007 and have 30 either open or under development by 2010.
The hotels will be designed jointly by Rezidor SAS and Missoni in collaboration with Milan-based architects and designers, Studio Thun.
