Official opening for Abu Dhabi’s first boutique hotel
Abu Dhabi’s first five-star deluxe boutique hotel, the Al Raha Beach Hotel, was officially opened under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Zayed Al Nahyan yesterday (7 December).
The Sheikh was joined by more than 500 tourism industry leaders and dignitaries for a cocktail reception and dinner by the hotel’s swimming pool.
The hotel opened earlier this year and offers 100 rooms and suites plus 24 luxury villas, three ballrooms, four conference meeting rooms, a health club and gym, private beach and restaurants and bars.
The property is operated by Danat Hotels & Resorts, the hotel division of National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels, which also operates the five-star Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna as well as a selection of four-star hotels in the emirate.
