Any Singapore national who is currently undergoing or has completed the three-year compulsory National Service can join, including their friends and families. Others are welcome to use the facilities on a play and pay basis.

SAFRA clubs are located throughout Singapore and provide social, recreational and sports facilities for more than 220,000 members.

Strategic Leisure carried out the feasibility study and business plan for the sports hub and will implement the development phase of the project.
