At last year’s Initial Public Offering, Segal agreed to commute each week to PartyGaming’s headquarters in Gibraltar.

Segal and the board later agreed that the CEO needs to be located in Gibraltar along with the other executive directors.

Following discussions with his family, Segal declined a request by the board to move to Gibraltar and will consequently be leaving the company. Details: www.partygaming.com
