![]() Manchester-based Modus Properties and Bucharest partner Nova Imobiliare plan to build a £280m (US$491m, e408m) leisure and retail complex in Bucharest, Romania. The 140,000 sq m (1.5million sq ft) development – named The Coliseum – will comprise a cinema, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, family play areas, bowling and a shopping centre. Modus will commence a detailed design during the second half of 2006, while construction will begin in spring 2007.
