InterContinental Group expansion
InterContinental Hotels Group has signed four management contracts in China with the Shanghai Greenland Group.
Included in the deal are the 450-room InterContinental Nanjing – the world’s tallest hotel, scheduled to open in 2010 – and the 380-room Holiday Inn Greenland Xi’an, which is scheduled to open next year.
Also secured are two Express by Holiday Inns based in Shanghai, which will open in 2006 and 2007 respectively. Details: www.ichotelsgroup.com
