New attractions at PortAventura park
PortAventura theme park near Barcelona in the Spanish region of Catalonia has launched new attractions for the summer season.
The park’s new Beach Club will feature a three-acre private beach, offering family sports and water activities, restaurants and seven different types of swimming pool, such as a sand-bottomed pool and hot water pool.
The park’s Mediterranea zone will feature a fountain with 800 different jets and 120 spotlights to produce special effects.
Two new shows – Bubblebou and Chinatown – will also debut this summer. Details: www.portaventura.es
