US$220m Texan arts complex proposed

Developers Billy Bob Barnett and Bill Beuck are in discussions with the City of Irving in Texas, US, over a proposed US$220m (£109m, 159m euro) Equestrian Arts and Entertainment Complex.

The 40-acre site would include 46,500sq m (500,000sq ft) of entertainment facilities over five levels, including a Street of Music featuring a series of small music venues, two boutique hotels – one would include a film and music studio – and an outdoor arena showing equestrian activities and exhibition polo.

Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial is financially representing the ownership team. Details: www.henrysmiller.com
