énergie to revamp Croydon site

The owners of the énergie Fitness health club in Croydon, Surrey, are to invest £0.5m in upgrading the site.

The franchised club, owned and operated by Matthew Russell and Calum Ross, will undergo a redevelopment which will include replacing the old equipment with a range of new Precor cv stations and resistance kit.

Calum Ross, co-owner, said: "The refurbishment will create a completely new look to the club. We are bringing the very latest equipment on the market to our customers that have been designed to maximise the benefits of a regular fitness regime."

Privately owned énergie currently has close to 100 operational franchises in the UK, Latvia and Qatar.
