![]() A new five-star hotel and spa is set to open early next month in the Deganwy Quay development overlooking the bay of Conwy in north Wales. Due to open on 7 August, the 74-bedroom Quay Hotel & Spa, operated by Deganwy Quay, was designed by TACP Architects and cost £12m to develop. The 4,000sq ft (370sq m) spa will feature eight treatment rooms, a Turkish Hammam, a Thai massage suite, sauna and steamrooms, a 15m aerobic pool and a 600sq ft (55sq m) gym equipped by Life Fitness. All products used in the spa will be supplied by Elemis. The hotel also offers an à la carte restaurant and bistro and conference facilities and is a member of Great Hotels of the World.
