IHG secures Saga deal
BY Tom Walker

Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed a multi-million pound deal with specialist holiday operator Saga to become the operator's exclusive hotel provider.

The three-year deal commenced in January 2010 and IHG will look to secure bookings from Saga's two and a half million customers.

Jane Bednall, IHG's commercial vice-president, UK & Ireland, said: "The Saga deal is testament to the strength and quality of our brands and will help us continue to grow our leisure guest base in 2010."

Saga will notify customers of the new IHG partnership through a direct marketing and integrated email campaign.
