Historic redevelopment for French town

Developer Garrigae Investissements is to undertake a redevelopment of a 19th century distillery in the medieval town of Pézenas, France.
As part of the mixed-use property, a 1,399sq ft (130sq m) Mediterranean Spa will have three treatment rooms and be built around a courtyard with olive trees and a fountain. The property is scheduled to open in 2011. Details: garrigae.com
