Six Senses launches Lifestyle concept

Spa management and development company Six Senses has introduced four new Lifestyle Programmes to six of its properties.

The five-day programmes have been put together to assist guests who want to improve their lifestyle habits, energy and vitality levels.

Designed to complement and inspire long-term wellbeing, the programmes include health and wellness workshops, sensory therapies, group wellness activities plus yoga, t’ai chi, meditation and movement classes.

The programme will feature at: the Evason Hideaway and Earth Spa, Hua Hin and Evason Phuket, both in Thailand; the Evason Ana Mandara at Nha Trang and Evason Hideaway at Ana Mandara, both in Vietnam, and two of the company’s Soneva-branded spas in the Maldives – Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili.

Six Senses was established in 1995 and manages properties under the Soneva, Evason, Evason Hideaways and Six Senses Spa brands.
