The InSpa brand was founded in 1999 by Colleen Stone to provide affordable, high-quality spa products and services in a friendly, welcoming environment. InSpa employees also work under a strict no tipping policy.

Headquartered in Seattle, the company currently operates seven stores in and around the Seattle area with plans this year to expand to more sites across the US, including a further site in California.
