![]() Plans to transform the Middleton Swimming Pool in Newport Pagnell into an Olympic-sized pool and leisure centre have advanced to public consultation stage. According to plans announced by the town council, the site would include an 50m pool with a movable floor and boom, allowing the pool to be divided to house classes and public swimming simultaneously. Facilities will also include a viewing gallery for 350 people, a health and fitness suite, squash courts, an indoor sports hall, a function hall and a café. The plans are currently on show at the foyer of the existing Middleton Pool. Close Window |
