Marriott sells five US sites

Equity Inns has acquired five Marriott International branded hotels for US$114.2m (£57.6m, 84.1m euro).
The properties comprise a 150-bedroom Residence Inn at Los Angeles International Airport, a 95-bedroom Residence Inn and 137-bedroom SpringHill Suites in San Diego as well as a 184-bedroom Courtyard and 116-bedroom Fairfield Inn & Suites in Dallas, US.
The purchase includes the assumption of US$56.5m (£28.5m, 41.6m euro) debt.
Huntington Hotels will retain management of the hotels under Equity Inn’s new ownership.
