Veteran gymnast tutor receives award

Elsie Lee, who has run the gymnastic club at Saltburn Leisure Centre for more than 30 years, has been given the Service to Gymnastics Award from Gymnastics England.
She continues to work at the Saltburn club, which is operated by Tees Valley Leisure.
Lee said: "I'm absolutely thrilled to receive this award from the Gymnastics Club. I get so much pleasure from running the club - it is a very rewarding thing to do - we've had some extraordinary children come through the club, and many of them have gone on to do well in a lot of fields."
