East African debut for Angsana brand

The newly-opened US$37m (28.8m euro, £24m) Sankara Nairobi hotel is host to the first Angsana Spa in eastern Africa.
Featuring seven treatment rooms, in addition to two signature rainmist experience rooms, the 5,458sq ft (600sq m) Angsana Spa is located on the seventh floor of the hotel.
Treatments include a signature Coffee Delight programme with a massage and a coffee bath, to emphasise one of Kenya's most famous exports.
The spa is the first to open under a partnership formed in 2009 between Angsana's parent company, Banyan Tree, and the Sankara group. Details: www.sankara.com sankara.com
