Called ‘Guided from Within’, the retreat will focus on Schiffmann’s teachings, which aim to convey a complete yoga experience using asana, pranayama, deep relaxation, discussion and meditation.

Schiffmann will teach for four and a half hours every day, in morning and afternoon sessions, suitable for all levels of student, from beginner to advanced.
