![]() IFA Hotels & Resorts is to build a resort in Dubai called the Kingdom of Sheba. The development will consist of five separate elements, each influenced by classic Arab architecture: residences, hotel, private residency club, vacation club and a retail plaza. All properties in the Kingdom of Sheba will be managed and run exclusively by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, while luxury facilities at the resort will include a private beach and large spa. The combined value of the resort will be in excess of US$1bn (0.74bn euro, £0.5bn) and it will be completed by 2010. Close Window |
