Behringer Harvard acquires Colorado resort

The Behringer Harvard real estate investment group has acquired a majority interest in The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera, situated within the gated Cordillera community in Edwards, Colorado, US.
The property boasts a 20,000sq ft (1,858sq m) spa called Ayanya that includes a 25m indoor heated lap pool and a whirlpool.
The Lodge is situated 8,000ft (2,438m) above sea level on more than 8 acres of land and offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
