The Grade II* listed Grove Mansion on the Grove Estate in Watford, Hertfordshire is to undergo a £10m refurbishment programme to redevelop the site into a luxury five-star hotel. Its stable building will also be transformed into a spa and health club. The former home of the Earl of Clarendon is set in 300 acres of woodland and lakes as well as a newly built 18 hole golf course. Try Construction have been awarded the contract to redevelop the hotel, which dates back to the 18th century. Close Window |
