September opening for Emirates Marina

The AED300m (US$81m, 61.4m euro, £42m) Emirates Marina Hotel and Residence in Dubai is near completion of the final development phase ahead of its September opening.
The 59-storey property will have an entire floor devoted to the Timeless Spa, offering treatment rooms, male- and female-only saunas and a relaxation deck.
The spa will use an indigenous range of products, which has been developed in conjunction with German skincare company Babor.
