Hyatt launches spa hotel in Pune, India

Hyatt Regency Hotels has opened the 222-room Hyatt Regency Pune hotel in Pune, India.

Facilities include the Arogya Spa which offers guests ayurvedic treatments.

The spa boasts six treatment rooms with two couples' suites.

Every treatment room has its own private shower and changing area. The spa also features steam and sauna rooms, and a whirlpool bath.

Guests will be able to consult with an ayurvedic doctor who will administer the appropriate ayurvedic treatments, or select from a range of more traditional beauty treatments such as body wraps, facials massages.

The Spa also features a heated, indoor swimming pool with sun roof which is set among water features and mirrors.

There is also a spacious gym and fitness center supplied by Technogym, with a team of dedicated personal trainers on hand to assist with cv workouts or weight training.

The opening is part of Hyatt Regency’s expansion plans for India. The next openings are scheduled for Chennai (a 329-bedroom Hyatt regency) and Goa (a 314-bedroom Grand Hyatt).
