Dalesauna launches affordable maintenance scheme

When health clubs are striving to retain members, even the smallest annoyance - such as an "out of order" tag on the door of a wet room - can lead to dissatisfaction and cancelled memberships.

To make sure that a club's equipment will operate at full capacity, Dalesauna has launched its "Express" service to allow all operators the opportunity of planned maintenance for saunas, steamrooms, swimming and spa pools.

The service allows for monthly payment from as little as £8, and generally provides for two service visits per annum.

Dalesauna's electrical engineers will carry out thorough checks on all equipment covered by the service, and will identify any potential problems before they become critical.

Customers signing up to the service also receive preferential call out rates for non-service work, and are even offered weekend and bank holiday cover (Gold option), and also receive a 20 per cent discount on all Dalesauna parts used.

A service plan for a sauna, steam room, swimming pool and spa pool could cost from as little as £50 per month (Bronze level) and the Gold level which includes weekend and bank holiday cover only £135.00 per month.

Dalesauna are launching a new web site in early February that will allow online purchase of this new service, and for those willing to sign up for a two year contract, a further 10 per cent discount will be offered.
