As an existing CYBEX customer, the fitness equipment range at the site now includes a Bravo Functional Trainer, the company's leading strength training apparatus.

Designed to provide the user with the best in selectorised and cable-based strength training, the Bravo is able to train both the upper and lower body.

Features include an advanced cable adjustment system and CYBEX's unique progressive stabilisation pad, both of which have been specifically designed to provide endless training possibilities.

The arrival of the Bravo has added to a range of CYBEX equipment already in use at the facility, which includes a CYBEX FT360 Functional Trainer and a plate loaded Smith Press.

The Bravo has also been installed at the training facilities of championship side Nottingham Forest FC and at the home gym of boxer Ricky Hatton.
