Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced that Robert Morse has been appointed as its new senior vice president and chief operating officer for the Americas region. Morse will be responsible for leading franchised and managed hotels operations activities in the region, having succeeded Angela Brav, who is now president of IHG's Europe region. He will join the group next month from Noble Investment Group, where he fronted its hotel management group for seven years. He has also worked at Interstate Hotels and Resorts. Morse said: "IHG's focus on people, their strong brands and global strength within the industry are all big draws for me." Close Window |
