US-based LA Fitness to acquire Lifestyle Family Fitness

US-based LA Fitness is to complete a deal for the acquisition Lifestyle Family Fitness, a health club operator with 33 clubs in Florida, US.
Negotiations over the purchase, for an undisclosed amount, are believed to be in the final stages and an announcement is expected later this week.
Following completion of the acquisition, all Lifestyle Family Fitness clubs will be rebranded as LA Fitness sites.
