AmbITion Scotland has launched the new £400,000 Make:IT:Happen fund in a bid to assist cultural and heritage groups in capitalising on opportunities presented by digital technology. The fund comprises four digital investment strands, including AmbITion Approach offering up to £5,000 towards supporting groups in the early stages of digital development. Sustainable AmbITion also offers support worth up to £5,000 to help groups become more carbon-aware and improve green credentials through new digital approaches. Meanwhile, Make:IT:Happen will see funding worth up to £10,000 made available through the Digital Content Development and Organisational Development strands respectively. AmbITion Scotland lead consultant Hannah Rudman said: "The Make:IT:Happen funding strands have been specifically designed to support organisations adapt to the social, cultural, economic and environmental changes that the digital technology revolution is driving."
