Active IQ launches spectator safety certificate

Awarding body Active IQ has announced the launch of a new Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Spectator Safety (QCF).
The new qualification aims to allow professionals within the leisure industry to better understand the practical and theoretical aspects of spectator safety at events and has been designed as a response to the increasing popularity of spectator orientated events within the industry.
The qualification offers six mandatory units ranging from event preparation and conflict management to dealing with accidents and emergencies.
