20 Aug 2012 Work starts on Nottinghamshire school and leisure complex upgrade BY Pete Hayman |
Work has commenced on a major £500,000 maintenance programme at Rushcliffe School and Leisure Complex in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire. Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) said the project, which is being carried out in two phases, will focus first on the school's sixth form block and then the leisure centre. Asbestos is to be removed from the roof areas inside a number of buildings, which will then allow for the replacement and upgrade of electrical wiring. All work is due for completion later this year.
