AECOM secures cost management contract for Muscat hotel project

AECOM has secured a commission contract for the cost management of a new hotel project at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre near Muscat.
Omran - a tourism development company set up by the government - has selected AECOM to deliver pre- and post-contract cost management of the convention centre and hotel.
The US$1.1m (EUR893,000, £701,000) contract is effective immediately, with the hotel due to be completed by December 2015.
