Arun District Council is seeking residents' views on a draft leisure strategy, drawn up by consultants Colliers International, suggesting wide ranging improvements to leisure and culture across the district. The strategy suggests a £3.6m refurbishment of Arun Leisure Centre, a £14.3m new and improved leisure centre and pool at Littlehampton's new Academy site, or a £3.2m refurbishment of Littlehampton Swimming and Sports Centre. Cycling across the district and a children's splash park and sandy play area at Bognor Regis seafront is also mooted.
