Vialand in Turkey to open in summer 2013

Turkey's first international theme park, Vialand, is set to open in summer 2013.
Via Group and Guroy Group have teamed up to develop and operate the mega theme park, which will be located in Istanbul and include shopping and entertainment spaces.
Vialand's general manager, Mehmet Emec, who worked at Walt Disney World for 17 years, says the new park will become the largest retail investment in the history of the Turkish Republic.
The site will be 600,000sq m in total and is hoped to boost tourism in the city by 15 per cent.
