The world's tallest hotel, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai in the UAE, has been officially opened to guests.

The 72-story property houses a 4,000sq m (43,056sq ft) Saray Spa and Health Club featuring 16 treatment rooms.

Treatments are designed to ensure mind and body renewal and include body scrubs and wraps, facials, hair and scalp treatments, massages and manicure and pedicures.

Signature treatments include the Milk and Honey treatment, an Arabic Coffee Awakener and Lemon Mint Body Polish.

Other wellness facilities include a sprawling pool deck covering the seventh floor of the hotel with a 30m swimming pool.

Fitness counselling and a range of fitness classes are also on offer to guests.

Dining options include nine restaurants and five bars and lounges, including the sky-high steakhouse Prime 68; the experiential sushi restaurant, Izakaya; and cocktail bar Vault, which is situated on the top two floors.

The hotel is also home to restaurant Rang Mahal by Atul Kochhar, the first Indian chef to be awarded a Michelin Star.

Other facilities include more than 7,500sq m (80,729sq ft) of indoor and outdoor event space, including two ballrooms.
