Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa unveils So Spa gourmet menu

The Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa has launched its So Spa on the Denarau Island, Fiji, in the South Pacific, complete with a French-style gourmet menu of pampering rituals.

Led by spa director Sonia Prasad, named ‘Student of the Year’ by the South Pacific Academy of Beauty Therapy in 2001, the So Spa features nine beachside bures including a couples’ space, outdoor garden showers, a private sauna, whirlpool and juice bar retreat.

To tailor the spa experience for individuals, the spa menu allows guests to customise their treatment choices from different sections, such as ‘Starters’ that last 30-minutes and are designed for busy visitors. ‘Main Course’ spa treatments and ‘Desserts’ are hour-long therapies including full body massages, facials and many more.

The So Spa will be supplied by Pure Fiji and there will be a boutique store there for the product line.

Prasad has worked with resort and spa operators across the Fijian Islands, including the Westin Heavenly Spa and Senikai.

The resort features 296 bedrooms, including 10 suites, while on-site leisure facilities include water sports, golf, a sprawling 1,000sq m (10,764sq ft) lagoon-style pool and four restaurants.
