Flame Awards 2016 – the winners list in full

The cream of the health and fitness industry gathered in Telford last night (29 June), as 16 awards and three special accolades were handed out at the highly-anticipated Flame Awards 2016.

Intelligent Health and Everyone Active were the big winners on the night with three awards apiece, while 1Life scooped two gongs.

The awarding of the most prestigious accolades in the health, fitness and physical activity sector followed a packed programme of speeches and networking at the ukactive Flame Conference, with highlights including addresses from former All Blacks captain Sean Fitzpatrick and ukactive chair Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson.

The Flame awards represent the final stage in the rigorous assessment process, whereby entrants must prove that the work they do is shaping the future of physical activity in the UK. The Flame Awards categories recognise facilities, suppliers, operators, educational institutes, health practitioners and large corporations that have demonstrated exceptional standards.
