Lisa Starr to host seminars in South Africa and Mauritius

Wynne Business senior consultant Lisa Starr is set to present several seminars at two African countries in the coming weeks.



Optimising Business Success, hosted by Marine Spa Distributors t/a Thalgo SA for spa owners, operators and managers, is a one-day event that will take place on Tuesday 5 September, between 09:00am and 16:00pm, at the Camelot International in Johannesburg.



The seminar will cover a range of topics including: Financial Management, the Do’s and Don’ts of Spa Retailing, Spa Marketing Concepts and Tactics, and Quality Management Strategies.



Starr, an accomplished instructor with 30 years experience in the spa and beauty industry, will teach delegates to understand financial statements, utilise performance benchmarks, yield management strategies, stock management, retail trends and how to increase spa revenue through promotions.



Starr will also discuss how to improve customer retention and relationships, branding and vision, how to increase foot fall, how to create a ‘World Class’ spa and staging experiences versus transactions.
