New Florida waterpark seeks guest engagement with Vantage technology ‏

Island H2O Live!, the new waterpark in Florida, is the first to feature WhiteWater West's Vantage guest engagement platform, which, it's claimed, translates guests’ behaviour into meaningful insights, enabling parks to make real-time and strategic decisions that optimise their operations.

The park said that using this technology will enable it to enhance and personalise the guest experience through social interaction.

Island H2O Live! has been designed and built by Aquatic Development Group (ADG), housing more than 15 attractions for all ages and levels of thrill seeker, on an 11.5 acre plot in Kissimmee, Florida.

The park features a 24,000sq ft (7,315sq m) dual beach wave pool that is powered by ADG's Wavetek wave generation technology, a 1,300ft-long (396m) lazy river with a 500sq ft (152sq m) apron beach entry, an activity pool with basketball and river crossing, an interactive multi-level play structure, a shallow kids activity pool, and nine water slides.

There is also an adults-only area with a 2,500sq ft (762sq m) formal pool, deck space and lounge area situated next to a Tag Shack bar and grill.
