Fivelements Habitat opens in Hong Kong

Integrated wellness lifestyle company Fivelements has officially launched its new urban wellness concept, Fivelements Habitat, with the opening of the first outpost in Hong Kong on 12 July.

The 15,000sq ft integrative wellness destination offers a wide range of classes, workshops and trainings – yoga, mindfulness, tea, sound, movement and core. The integrative wellness programmes are designed for both residents and the corporate wellness clientele.

The diverse schedule offers up to 20 Sacred Arts classes per day, including Anti-Gravity Aerial Yoga, Tea Ceremonies, Barre, Mat Pilates, Core Focused Training, 5 Rhythms Dance, Mindful Wing Chun, Taichi, Mantra Meditation, Mandala Movement, Gong Relaxation, Japanese Flower Arrangement, and many more.

Key teachers and practitioners include some of Hong Kong’s wellness pioneers, including Chau Kei Ngai, Natalie Soderstrom, Victor Chau, Martha Collard, Joakim Olin, Ankie Beilke, Malbert Lee, Gianni Melwani, Bonnie Chan, Siobhan Dumigan, and Tamer Begum, as well as in-house wellness curator, May Nogoy, and tea curator, Resham Daswani.

“We are thrilled to be launching our newest urban wellness model in Hong Kong, bringing wellness closer to home for city dwellers as well as local and international companies through Fivelements’ tailored personal and Workplace Wellness programmes,” said Lahra Tatriele, co-founder and chief innovation officer of Fivelements. “We are truly honoured to be working with such a talented line-up of teachers and holistic therapists. Designed by our Fivelements Design team from Bali and Hong Kong, Fivelements Habitats are specially curated for restorative healing, stress reduction and rejuvenation – they are in essence, dynamic sacred spaces for personal transformation.”

Fivelements Habitat has four Sacred Arts Studios (with dedicated facilities for moving art soundscape, heated detox, anti-gravity, and barre), where most of the classes and workshops take place.

It also features a Wellness Sanctuary with six spaces: three treatment rooms (one with private steam), a Spirit Space for tea ceremonies and meditations, and two private training studios/flexible treatment rooms, featuring a signature collection of therapies including massage and bodywork, energy and intuitive healing, beauty spa wellness and holistic healing.

Furthermore, Fivelements Habitat also includes a Fivelements Sakti Elixir Bar, a plant-based cuisine concept inspired by the Sakti Dining Room at Fivelements Retreat Bali.

“We will be rolling out our Signature Wellness Day experiences for individuals, private and corporate groups, monthly and seasonal events, workshops and personalised wellness programmes over the opening months, as well as teacher trainings across the various offerings,” said Chicco Tatriele, co-founder and managing director of Fivelements. “These programmes offer real support and guidance for our growing wellness community.”
