Spenga ramps up expansion with two new locations – plans 300 sites by 2023

Boutique fitness franchise Spenga has opened two new locations as it looks to ramp up its US expansion plans.

The two new studios – in Marietta, Georgia and Nashua, New Hampshire – will offer Spenga's signature 60-minute sessions, mixing indoor cycling, strength training and yoga.

The studios have been designed so each workout stage will have its own dedicated space. The spaces aim to create an "inspiring exercise experience", using individual elements – such as aromatherapy for yoga and high-energy, DJ-led music for cycling.

Founded by fitness entrepreneurs Steve and Kelli Becker, Spenga currently has 55 studios throughout the US. Last year, the company revealed plans to secure 300 franchised locations "within the next five years" (by 2023).

"Our mission is to help members achieve their fittest selves without having to go to three different places to find it," the Beckers said in a statement. "For that reason, every workout is adaptable to multiple fitness levels.

"Each 60 minute SPENGA session boosts your endurance, strengthens your muscles and restores your body."
