BrewDog reveals plans for visitor centre and rooftop brewery on Las Vegas strip

BrewDog has signed a lease for a visitor centre, restaurant and rooftop brewery on the iconic Las Vegas strip.

To be located above the Showcase Mall, plans announced by the Scottish brewer for the space include a brewery, an "urban forest", an event and entertainment space and a retro game zone.

BrewDog co-founder James Watt had hinted at a Las Vegas launch earlier this year, when he teased that plans would include a beer museum.

James Watt, BrewDog co-founder told Attractions Management: "I can confirm that we have just signed the lease on BrewDog Las Vegas.

"This will be the first-ever carbon-negative bar in Vegas.

"You can expect an amazing rooftop urban forest, an onsite brewery, a secret event space, a retro game zone and a special edition of Elvis Juice."

The independent brewer currently operates more than 50 bars and restaurants around the world – as well as hotels.

These include The Doghouse, marketed as the world's first craft beer hotel, which opened in Columbus, Ohio, in 2018.

Further details of the Las Vegas project will be announced later this year.
