Nicholas Trosko leaves Therabody – joins Styku as chief revenue officer

Styku has appointed Nicholas Trosko as its new chief revenue officer.

Trosko joins the 3D body scanning and body composition technology specialist from fitness tech firm Therabody, where he was VP of global business development for health clubs.

The move is part of Styku's plans to bolster its leadership team, as it looks to launch new products and further expand its reach in 2022.

Styku CEO and founder, Raj Sareen, said Trosko's new role will include helping Styku scale distribution not only in fitness but in tangential markets, such as weight loss, nutrition, and primary care.

"I've had the pleasure of witnessing Nick lead several organizations through various growth stages," Sareen said.

"Recently, he built Therabody's commercial health club division from scratch, building a tailored solution and scaled it quickly to thousands of facilities globally in less than three years.

"But what's most impressive about Nick is his values and vision, which will resonate strongly with our core team. His leadership will help Styku continue its ascent through this rapid growth stage."

Sareen added that Styku is set to accelerate its growth plans this year, which will be driven by new product launches.

Founded in 2011, Styku provides 3D body scanning technology – using non-invasive infrared sensors – across several verticals across the fitness, health, and wellness spectrum. Its devices are currently used across 50+ countries, including in the UK, where it is distributed by React Fitness.
