Dorchester Spa introduces IV drip facility and exclusive Harley Street aesthetics treatments

The Dorchester Spa in London’s upmarket area of Mayfair has refreshed its offering with a new intravenous (IV) drip clinic and a residency with evidence-based cosmetic and aesthetic treatment specialist Dr Uliana Gout.

Gout is the founder of Harley Street’s London Aesthetic Medicine (LAM) Clinic and is working with hotel guests to deliver a menu of bespoke treatments designed to “reveal guests’ unique and natural beauty while making them look and feel their best”.

Gout approaches each consultation with a focus on hyper-personalisation where she explores guests' medical history, family history, genetic predisposition, occupation and lifestyle habits. Following this, she curates a bespoke programme for each client.

Her approach is holistic and based on her signature LAM multi-modal and multi-layered strategy, ensuring all tissues from the skin down to bone are addressed using multiple treatments in each session.

A menu highlight exclusive to The Dorchester is the LAM Luxe – The Red Carpet.

This five-in-one ritual is designed to optimise glow, hydration, smoothness and skin tightening while closing pores and treating any blemishes without needles, pain or downtime.

Commenting on the partnership, spa director Sally Pedder said: “This collaboration came through a shared value of complete discretion and respect for guest privacy with a bespoke service from the moment they arrive.

“We’re so pleased to have Uliana’s expertise and LAM’s unparalleled credentials available to our guests.”

The spa offering has been diversified further with the introduction of IV nutrition therapy, following a partnership with The Elixir Clinic.

Available to guests in The Dorchester Spa or for hotel guests within the comfort of their room, Elixir Clinic’s branded VitaDrip infusions are formulated to target wellness goals, including hydration, detox, immunity, anti-ageing and vitality.

Guests can also upgrade their spa treatments with a menu of IV infusions made from vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

IV drip nutrition is a growing sector in the spa market and many global wellness locations are adding it to their menus for differentiation and to begin venturing into the expanding world of medical wellness.
