Trib3 enters Greek and Cypriot fitness markets with 10-site development deal

Trib3 is accelerating the pace of its expansion plans with a multi-site development deal across Greece and Cyprus.

The latest deal will see 10 Trib3 studios open across Greece and Cyprus over the next five years.

Operated by franchisees George Tselingas, Soti Michael and Zino Michael, the first flagship site is set to launch in October 2022.

Zino Michael said: "We explored a number of options when looking for the right fitness brand to launch into the Greek market but when I spent time with Trib3’s central support team and saw its flagship locations in Madrid and Manchester, I just knew it had to be Trib3 that we partner with to launch into our territories.

"The industrial-luxe aesthetic and the inclusive nature of the workout will work so well in our market, and I feel confident that the set-up of the operation will be seamless and collaborative as the Trib3 support team are exceptional - they go that extra mile and stand out within the fitness franchise market.”

Kevin Yates, Trib3 CEO, added: “As a franchisor and support team, we are well versed in operating in this part of the world. Matteo Cerruti, our CXO, will be heading things up here in this region, working closely with Zino, Soti and George, having led operations in the territory for other major brands previously, so I know it’s going to be a huge success.

"It’s great to welcome another international territory and more great partners to the TRIB3 family."

In addition to its expansion plans for Greece, Cyprus and the US, the chain recently announced it was going to open its first studio in London.

In January, it also became one of the first fitness operators to establish a presence in the metaverse, making its workouts available in The Sandbox.
