Mecotec and Restore Hyper Wellness announce strategic partnership in cryotherapy solutions |
Mecotec GmbH, a global cryotherapy technology supplier, and US franchise leader Restore Hyper Wellness have announced a new partnership. As part of this collaboration, Mecotec has acquired Restore´s cryo-chamber manufacturing company Zimno Tech (ZT), a manufacturer of electric cryotherapy chambers based in Wroclaw, Poland, and will continue to produce Restore´s exclusive cryo-chamber design line for the US market and beyond. Mecotec now holds exclusive global sales rights for ZT’s cryotherapy chambers, including the 1Cool, 2Cool, and 4Cool models. “We're pleased to welcome the team of experienced experts from Zimno Tech,” says Enrico Klauer, CEO of Mecotec. “This acquisition is a strategic milestone in Mecotec's growth strategy. It strengthens our global market position as a leading provider in the field of cryotherapy and expands our international product and service offering.” “With this strategic partnership, we will focus on our wellness business and achieve top-level international standards as a franchisor,” says Steve Welch, co-founder and CEO of Restore Hyper Wellness. “At the same time, we ensure that our franchisees have access to the best cryotherapy equipment and services worldwide.” ZT’s product line complements Mecotec’s cryochamber product portfolio and extends it with cryochamber offerings at minus 100°C (equivalent to -212°F) and a single-chamber system at minus 110°C (-166°F). The more compact models from ZT, such as the 1Cool line, are suitable for smaller spaces in gyms, rehabilitation centres, spas or hotels. In addition to driving global sales, the acquisition of ZT will bolster Mecotec’s service business, particularly in the US market with already more than 100 Mecotec cryo chambers installed. Restore currently operates more than 225 wellness locations across the US. Close Window |
