HPO Tech introduces Zeugma Panorama two-seat hyperbaric chamber |
HPO Tech has added a new model to its Zeugma hyperbaric chamber portfolio, the Zeugma Panorama. The new facility is built for dual occupancy, panoramic visibility and delivers medical-grade oxygen. The six panoramic acrylic windows provide a more spatial and design-led therapy experience. There are four side panels, a large rear window and a door window, which creates a light-filled interior to reduce the sense of being enclosed in a chamber. Tolga Kabak, CTO and lead designer for HPO Tech, told Spa Business: "My design philosophy is very simple: advanced engineering should not prevent the creation of beautiful and comfortable spaces. With Zeugma Panorama, I feel I managed to translate our goal of human-centric design into a medical device for two users with a panoramic openness that just feels good." The system integrates HPO Tech’s Built-In Breathing System (BIBS), which delivers 100 per cent oxygen through a synchronised mask and demand regulator set-up, with a CO2 exhaust. The system follows the natural rhythm of the patient’s breath. The hyperbaric chamber operates within a 2.0 to 2.4 ATA (Atmospheres Absolute) pressure range. Various features can be controlled via a touchscreen control platform, including pressure, oxygen levels, therapy parameters and live session data may be monitored. The company has created this product to allow operators to serve two guests at a time in the same chamber without additional space or staffing. The device’s modular construction means installation doesn’t require structural modifications to existing properties and there is also a range of customisation options to blend in with a facility’s aesthetic.
